We offer a number of publications that are useful to scholars, students and those within organizations: CGO Commentaries articles, CGO Insights briefing notes, a Working Papers series, and books, including the definitive Reader in Gender, Work, and Organization.
CGO Commentaries - Publications in the CGO Commentaries series highlight current and emerging topics in the area of gender equity, diversity, and organizational change and are based on talks or papers by CGO Faculty and Affiliates.
CGO Insights - CGO Insights is a series of short briefing notes on topics relevant to promoting organizational effectiveness through strengthening gender equity and diversity. These are written for both practitioners and scholars.
CGO Working Papers - CGO Working Papers are designed to disseminate developments in research, theory, and practice related to linking gender equity, diversity and organizational effectiveness.
CGO Reports - Dr. Sylvia Maxfield surveyed 75 companies (2005) and then 172 companies (2007) in six countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela to determine whether Latin American women are making progress in advancing through the corporate hierarchy.
CGO Books - CGO faculty and affiliates have authored and edited more than a dozen books. These books are most relevant to CGO's focus on gender in work organizations, gender equity, and diversity.
