SOM Faculty Member Deborah Kolb Featured as Expert on Negotiation in Neilsen.com Article
On May 1, 2008, Nielsen.com and Meeting Industry Megasite published an article about negotiation. In the article, Deborah Kolb, the Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Professor for Women & Leadership, is featured as an expert on the subject. “You learn about the challenges that women have—I get in my own way; I have trouble getting people to negotiate with me’—well, a lot of people [have those same challenges],” Kolb is quoted as saying.
