The topic of women and leadership is deeply infused in the curriculum at the SOM and is directly addressed in such courses as Strategy and Leadership; Leadership, Governance and Corporate Accountability; Leading Individuals and Groups; Organizations and their Environment; and many others.

Women and Leadership is also addressed directly in our custom and open enrollment Executive Education programs, including Strategic Leadership for Women and Strategic Leadership for Women in Human Resources. Our custom clients come from a variety of sectors, including telecommunications, entertainment, professional services and the pharmaceutical industry.
