Investing in Custom Programs
Custom programs at Simmons are designed and delivered in a highly consultative partnership with each client, helping organizations achieve their strategic and business objectives while enhancing performance, productivity, and profitability.
Specifically, Simmons undertakes a four-step collaborative process designed to meet client objectives by:
- Creating an initial needs assessment that involves learning about your organization and culture, including the needs of individual managers and leaders
- Developing and designing an engaging, highly interactive curriculum that addresses your organization's specific issues and objectives
- Delivering the program using core faculty who have been involved throughout the consultation process
- Conducting a program evaluation and follow-up that supports your organization’s desired outcomes
Together, we determine goals and gain perspective on your organization’s competencies and culture. Our collaborative research ensures that the program we deliver will further your organization's efforts to develop, recruit, promote, and retain talented women leaders.
Program Content
Our innovative curriculum provides new frameworks and tools, with an emphasis on ways to recognize and manage the subtle gender dynamics that impact workplace culture and practices. In addition to case-study discussions, role-playing exercises, and personal coaching sessions, our custom programs use a 360° leadership assessment tool to help participants gain perspective about their leadership strengths and areas for development.
Program Length
Programs range from one-day workshops to weeklong courses to highly interactive action learning modules delivered over specified time periods, and can take place at Simmons or on site at your organization. Our program evaluation and follow up will help you determine next steps so your organization can move forward with an action-oriented business plan.
Our clients believe Custom Programs at Simmons are very wise investments. In collaborating with us to deliver highly specific, recurring, and essentially branded programs, these organizations are discovering the dramatic returns on investment that come from mobilizing their high potential women and equipping them for success. Our clients will tell you that the power, performance and productivity unleashed by our programs pays for itself many times over. Our collaboration extends to designing custom programs that meet your budget and timetable.
