Admissions Process
Applications are due no later than September 10. The committee will review each application, and then send acceptance notifications by October 1. Please do not book non-refundable travel until you are notified that your application has been accepted. Click here to download the application.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy for program registration is as follows:
- 6 or more weeks prior to the program: 100% refund of
- 5 weeks prior to the program: 50% refund
- 4 weeks or less prior to the program: no refund
Accommodations
Discounted hotel accommodations are available at the Eliot Hotel, http://www.eliothotel.com/ or 617-267-1607. Simmons has reserved a block of rooms, but it will be up to participants to make reservations directly with the hotel. When calling the Eliot Hotel, please mention you are attending the NCGS/Simmons program. Participants will be responsible for their individual hotel payment.

About the NCGS
The National Coalition of Girls' Schools represents more than 130 single-sex schools for girls in the United States, with affiliates in Canada, Great Britian, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Currently, more than 50,000 girls attend NCGS member schools in the United States alone.
Working with its member schools, NCGS maintains a public website promoting girl-conscious education, creates publications designed to enhance girls' educational opportunities, sponsors conferences on topics relating to girls and their learning, conducts research and collects data to measure the value of all-girl schools, collaborates with like-minded girls' and women's organizations, and popmotes and supports diversity.
