Curriculum

This is a highly interactive program that uses a variety of methodologies, including:

  • A change management simulation that allows you to experiment with a wide variety of strategies and tactics as you change a beleaguered company’s structures, process and culture
  • Self-assessment of your change management style
  • An exercise that challenges you to decide what and how to communicate, and when and how to delegate
  • Tried and true strategies and tactics for implementing change
  • Feedback and coaching on the challenges you face in your particular change situation
