SOM Faculty Member Quoted in Article about Running Family Business
Susan Sampson, SOM faculty member and Director of the Prince Program in Retail Management at Simmons College was quoted in the Worcester Telegram & Gazette in the article "Dressing the Part: Family Business Evolves into Elegant Gowns," which ran on June 4, 2008. The article named many methods that attract customers. Sampson is quoted as saying that the word-of-mouth formula “is key to attracting many customers in a short period of time.”
